The location is perfect, just a short walk to major attractions. Comfy beds. Clean, spacious rooms set a nice vibe. Parking was affordable compared to outside rates.

Excellent location a few minutes from Pilar and tourist area. There are many bars of all prices and lots of nightlife, although from the room you could not hear any noise. room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. air conditioning worked well and you could regulate the temperature to your liking. There was a bar cabinet if you wanted to have a drink. hotel staff was correct and efficient.
I don't really have any complaints, there are just two services that I didn't use because they seemed a bit expensive: 1) The breakfast buffet. It looked great, but I found it expensive at £9 per person. Under the hotel there is a Starbucks and a Knee where you can have a very good breakfast for half the price. 2) The parking lot. The hotel has an agreement with a local car park to make it a bit cheaper than if you go on your own. But still 17,50 euro for 24 hours seemed a bit expensive to me. In the end we parked in another parking lot a few minutes away that was a bit cheaper.

It is very well located, they have agreement with the parking in front, nice staff and both the hotel and right room, if it had not been for the cold that we passed we would have liked everything.
I've never been so cold in a hotel, even in boarding houses and hostels. air conditioning wheel was blocked so that it could not go above 20 degrees and air was cold, it is the first time I see this. On top of that the quilts and blankets were very old and not very warm either. I don't know if it will be like that in all the rooms or if we were unlucky, being a three star hotel and with a price rather close to one of four, I don't understand that they try to save by controlling the temperature, that they don't have duvets on the beds as in most places, it changed the image of the hotel completely. So even though I liked the hotel otherwise, unfortunately I don't think I'll go back.

Central hub with pleasant surprises
I was delighted by the helpful front desk team, who provided local recommendations and even stored my luggage after checkout. The comfortable room and convenient location made it a perfect base for exploring Zaragoza!

My deluxe room had modern conveniences, including an iron, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Location: the hotel was really close to the historical sights, taxis, ATM, restaurants, shops, and all attractions, and tourist attractions and public transportation.

Comfortable rooms although in my case the room was beginning to ask for a reform. Comfortable mattress. Clean and silent room. The best thing is its location in the center. They have agreement with a nearby parking, although the price of parking is high to be arranged :16.5 ? per day. In general good option quality-price
The pillows were very low. The toilet cistern wasn't working very well. It slightly disturbed the flashing lights of the wifi router at night. Among the products in the minibar (I did not consume) there were 4 expired products from June, August and September. On the last day they replaced all but a few potatoes. Because of the price charged, in general the hotels should be more attentive to these items. In their defence, I have to say that I did not complain, as I did not go to consume these products, so they did not have the opportunity to correct it.

Our room was small and outdated, but the comfy bed made up for it.

The room and staff were really nice. The hotel is cosy. The receptionist really took her time for us and gave us all the info we needed. The location couldn't have been better. Internet is for free. (And all this for the price of an Amsterdam Youth Hostal dorm...)
Breakfast was a bit basic. (No eggs or bacon, mini croissants, yoghurt and toast, fruit salad from a can)

Can't beat the location, wicked close to all the sights. The cleaning crew kept the room super clean, and the check-in lady was super helpful with tips around town. I loved chilling in the mini-bar after a long day exploring. Wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, though!
